Our approach
We aim to make service information usable on desktop and mobile devices. The website includes semantic headings, keyboard-accessible links and controls, a skip-to-content link, visible focus indicators and descriptive text for the main image.
Using the website
You can navigate links and controls with the Tab key. Open FAQ questions with Enter or Space. When the booking-information dialog appears, Escape closes it. Text can be enlarged using your browser’s zoom settings; layouts adapt to smaller screens.
Alternative assistance
If you find it difficult to use this website, use the contact methods on our Contact page and tell us what help you need. Email is an alternative to calling once the business contact details are added.
Reporting a problem
Tell us which page or action caused difficulty, your device and browser if you are comfortable sharing them, and what would help. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information. We review reports and work to address practical access barriers.
Ongoing improvements
This statement describes our current approach and does not claim a formal accessibility certification. Hosting sign-in and other external platform interfaces may have different accessibility behavior.
